Join 3,000 adventurers of all experience levels & ages and Walk, Jog or Run the spectacular Jurassic Coast – a World Heritage Site. Choose from the full 100K challenge, 75K, a 50K half challenge, a 25K quarter, Jurassic Marathon or even a 10K distance.
Starting from Corfe Castle, the route heads to Swanage, then along to Lulworth Cove, past Durdle Door, with ups and downs all the way to the Weymouth halfway point. For 100K challengers – it’s past Portland Bill, nature reserves, along the western end of Chesil Beach to West Bay’s famous cliffs, before a finish line celebration in vibrant Bridport. With full support and great hospitality all the way – there’s a challenge here for everyone!
Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, t-shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement.

SIGN UP- Full Challenge – 100K as a full-on ‘continuous’ challenge from Corfe Castle to Bridport, via Weymouth.
- Full ‘Daylight’ – 100K over 2 days, with Weymouth half way overnight camping option or local hotel / B&B.
- 3/4 Challenge (76K) – new for 2024 – and perfect if you want to up the distance – without taking on the Full 100km
- 1st Half – a tough & varied 58K, from Corfe Castle to Weymouth, with many of the ‘Jurassic’ highlights.
- 2nd Half – 42K (a marathon!) from Weymouth to Bridport. Also Ideal for joining a ‘Full Challenge’ friend.
- Jurassic Marathon – 42K Corfe Castle to Weymouth – so much better than pounding those pavements!
- Quarters – 1st (25K) is a loop of the Isle of Purbeck via Swanage, or ‘The Classic Jurassic‘ 2nd Quarter (34 km) to Weymouth via Lulworth Cove.
- Bridport 10K – a great looped route out of our main finish line basecamp taking in a wonderful coastal section.

1. Full Sponsorship – you pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place!
- Full challenge – 100K: 50% off the £40 reg fee / £575 fundraising target
- 3/4 challenge – 76K: 50% off the £35 reg fee / £450 fundraising target

Every day 12 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer. Yet not one of them has the same experience. All young cancer patients have different needs, opportunities and backgrounds and for some, the systems in place and gaps in support mean that their experiences are much more challenging than others. Far too many children and young people with cancer are experiencing inequality as soon as they are diagnosed due to a ‘one size fits all’ approach throughout much of the system. That’s why the support they receive must look beyond their diagnosis. It should provide them with what they need, so that they can go on to thrive no matter what. That’s why we exist.
We don’t receive any government funding so everything we do is thanks to amazing people like you. From funding our brilliant Young Lives vs Cancer Social Workers to our vital financial grants, your support means that we can be there for children and young people facing cancer, and their families, to ensure that having a cancer diagnosis doesn’t mean you lose what makes you, you.
