Where to begin

When signing up for an event, the majority of people fall into two categories:

  1. Super motivated, gear on, out the door with no real direction. This can often relate in over-training, and unfortunate injury.
  2. ‘I’ll start next week’ or ‘worry about it closer to the time’. This leads to either cramming in the training (again, often getting injured), feeling under-prepared and often not enjoying the event.
