How TSL smashed their target
With so many clients and team members passionate about golf, a charity golf day was an ideal match for construction company TSL. They built on existing relationships to secure The Goodwood Estate as the venue, then set about creating a very special day.
Guests received personalised initiations, welcome gifts and named lockers, along with the chance to buy mulligan tokens and enter a raffle and an auction – both with seriously premium prizes. The ‘beat the pro’ hole was a big talking point, and at the clubhouse afterwards everyone enjoyed a BBQ, awards presentation and comedy show, along with the raffle and auction.
In total, the day raised an incredible £21,105 – way beyond the company’s expectations. Inspired by this success, TSL is going to make this an annual event.
With planning, commitment and creativity, a golf day can be a game changer for children and young people with cancer, and for their families.
