Holly Willoughby launches t-shirt for Young Lives vs Cancer

TV presenter Holly Willoughby has joined forces with Young Lives vs Cancer, the UK’s leading charity for children and young people with cancer, to launch a limited-edition t-shirt.

The t-shirt’s design centres on a message of love and will be available for a month from Friday 8 September during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

Young Lives vs Cancer helps children and young people (0-25) and their families to face cancer and everything it throws at them. Their professionally qualified and highly experienced social workers are often a lifeline for young cancer patients and their families from the moment of diagnosis.

Holly Willoughby worked closely with Young Lives vs Cancer to design the new t-shirt, which colourful design centres around the message of love, and is encouraging buyers to #ShowYourLove for Young Lives vs Cancer and young people with cancer by buying the limited-edition t-shirt. For children and young people with cancer, it’s so much more than a t-shirt. It’s giving them the support they need to continue to thrive.

Holly Willoughby said: “Your child being seriously ill is every parent’s worst nightmare. The support that Young Lives vs Cancer gives to children, young people and families who are going through cancer treatment makes such a big difference in the darkest of times. I’m so privileged to have teamed up with the charity on this wonderful t-shirt, and hope that together we can spread some love and positivity for children and young people facing a cancer diagnosis.”

Rachel Kirby-Rider, Young Lives vs Cancer’s Chief Executive said: “Every child and young person with cancer deserves the best support they can get. That’s why we do what we do at Young Lives vs Cancer. We’re thrilled to be launching this gorgeous t-shirt with Holly and can’t thank her enough. By buying one of these t-shirts, together, we can help make sure all children and young people with cancer get the specialist support they need. I can’t wait to see people wearing it and showing the love.”
