Sponsored activities such as runs, swims and cycles can be adapted for any age, ability and size of group. Set a challenge you have always wanted to do and raise money to help keep you focussed.
How long can dance or row or skip for? Do it on your own or build a relay team to keep it going for 24-hours!
Learn a new skill! Learn how to ride a bike or tap dance. Swap skills with someone and get sponsored for your effort.

Kick start your fundraising
Before you start any physical event, please make sure you plan your training and kit needs first. We don’t want you to get hurt. Our training zone has training plans and tips.
Make sure your activity is legal and safe. Our guide also includes a useful checklist if you are involving children in your activity.
- Create a JustGiving page so you have a place to raise money and share updates. Personalise it with photos and your reasons for fundraising. Then let people know about the incredible thing you’re doing for families facing cancer.
- Set a fundraising target. Be ambitious. Pages with targets always raise more.
- Let people know how their donations will help young cancer patients and their families.
- Download our fundraising materials. We have lots of materials, ideas and advice to help you reach your fundraising goals.
