No longer able to take part in the event? We totally understand. Things come up, life happens, injuries get in the way. Here’s what to do next:
Always seek medical advice for injuries. Your GP or physio will be able to advise on whether it’s best for you to take part or not. They will work out your next steps for recovery. This page has training plans, tips and exercises as well as details about how to contact our physio for free advice.
Let us know! We know that things come up which mean you can’t always complete your challenge, even when you really want to. Some of our events have waiting lists, which means we may still be able to get someone else to take your place if we have as much notice as possible.
