Whether you are planning something for kids or adults, an activity in your community or on your own, we’re here to help.

Organise an in-person or virtual quiz for your community. You can make it as niche or broad as fits the group. For example, does your village really know their history, can your team identify colleagues from their baby photos, who in your class can give the best punchlines to jokes?!
Go the extra mile and organise a treasure hunt. You could set people clues or challenges to get to each location, then first team past the post wins a prize. Treasure hunts can be in person or virtual.
Scavenger hunts are fun too and can work for all ages. Set fun challenges – find something purple, something round, something shiny, something that makes a noise, something beginning with A – against the clock. First one back wins a prize.

- Make it challenging but fun – no-one enjoys an impossible quiz.
- You could charge an entry fee and offer a prize to encourage more people to attend.
- If you don’t want to organise a whole event, can you add a quiz to something that’s already happening?
- Events not you thing – why not write your own quiz and get people to download it for a donation?
